Question 4

From my previous knowledge, I have learned a little about lynching but not in such detail as I did in this class. African Americans were percieved as animals rather than humans. In saying this that is why the "white man" believed he could do as he pleased. They were not treated with respect and in the video the audience could see that the african americans were strung like pigs in a butcher shop. I thought the white people's actions were barbaric especially when they used lynching as a mere social gathering.
